微波光催化处理技术
  光微波破坏处理技术采用无极光源对废气分子链进行净化的专业技术,光微波采用微波发射器激发光源,发射器本身带有的辐射对废气就起到杀菌破坏作用,取为第一重处理;运用253.7纳米波段切割、断链、燃烧、裂解废气分子链,改变分子结构,取为第二重处理;取值185纳米波段对废气分子进行催化氧化,使破坏后的分子或中子以O3进行结合,使有机或无机高分子恶臭化合物分子链,在催化氧化过程中,转变成低分子化合物使之变为CO2、H2O等,取为第三重处理;最后根据不同的废气成分配置7种以上相对应的惰性催化剂,惰性催化剂在338纳米光源以下才发生催化反应,其激发出的效果类似于植物光合作用,对废气进行净化效果,取为第四重处理,通过四重处理后的废气其除臭最高可达99%以上,净化、脱臭效果大大超过国家1993年颁布的恶臭污染物排放标准(GB14554-93)。
